The unnamed proponents
A record with no allottee, kept in the register so that four names are never mistaken for the whole list.
No paid placement · No developer money · Nothing for sale
The answer, first
The DICDL Board’s Report signed 10 November 2025 closes its allottee list with the words other prominent industrial proponents and names none of them. This record exists so that the list of four named companies is never read as complete. It has no allottee name, no area, no date and no terms, because the source supplies none of them.

Reading note
A register with an empty row is more honest than a register with a tidy one. The Board’s Report ends its allottee list with a phrase rather than a name, and this record is that phrase, kept in the dataset so that four disclosed names are never counted as the total number of allottees in Dholera SIR. It has no allottee, no area, no date and no terms, and it ranks on nothing. Its only function is to stop the register from overstating its own completeness.
This page of the source carries 4 other parcel records as well: Tata Semiconductor, Renew Photovoltaics, Polycab India, Inox Air Products.
What is not recorded here
11 of the 21 fields are empty on this record, and they are named rather than hidden, because on a parcel register the empty fields are the finding: parcel_area, area_unit, parcel_area_verbatim, allotment_date, tenure, lease_period, consideration_if_stated, allotment_date_basis, stated_project_investment, consideration_note, intended_use. What each field would have held is set out in the field dictionary on the dataset page.
What would change this record
Names. If a future annual report or a board resolution lists the proponents this one leaves unnamed, this placeholder record splits into as many records as there are names, and the register grows without a single existing figure changing.
