This register keeps two Tata Semiconductor records apart on purpose. One is a gazette notified SEZ footprint with a plot number and an area. This one is a name in a list of allottees in an audited annual report. They come from different documents, they were published almost eighteen months apart, and no document in this source set says they describe the same land. Merging them would produce a per company area that nobody has actually published, which is precisely the number a land register is most often asked for and least able to invent. The company is recorded here under the name the report uses, Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing Private Limited, formerly Semifab Private Limited.
