This is edition 2026-Q3, the first published edition, verified 4 August 2026. No rank has moved yet, because there is no earlier edition to move from. One correction has already been made to the dataset itself, on 2026-08-04, and it is set out in full below rather than folded away.

What was wrong. Gap 1 asserted no allotment date existed anywhere in the source set. That was false. Two dated Letters of Award were present in dicdl_ar25.pdf pp.28-29 and had been missed. Both records added, gap rewritten.
How it was verified. Re-extracted both pages with fitz and matched the quotes character for character before adding.
Effect on the rankings: the allotment date ranking went from empty to two ranked parcels. Every other ranking was unchanged.
Why a correction is printed and not buried
A register that only shows its current state is asking to be trusted. This one shows the strike as well. When a rank moves between editions the previous rank prints beside the new one, struck through, exactly as a correction is made in a bound book, and the reason sits on this page with a date against it. There is nothing to strike yet, and saying so is more useful than an empty log with a reassuring heading.
What will trigger the next edition
- A registered lease deed or index-2 entry stating an area for any of the 8 parcels that currently print UNKNOWN in the area column.
- A dated revision of the DICDL rate card, which would let the eight rate rows carry an effective date instead of UNDATED.
- The DICDL Annual Report for the year ending 31 March 2026, which would restate the 530 acre and 1,519 acre figures and may name further allottees.
- The selection of a concession partner for the common cleanroom facility, which would move that record from OFFICIAL_TARGET to a real allotment with a date.
