Polycab India

A named allottee inside a 530 acre aggregate, with every parcel level field empty.

No paid placement · No developer money · Nothing for sale

The answer, first

M/s Polycab India Limited is the third allottee named in the DICDL Board’s Report signed 10 November 2025. It is a public limited company rather than a private one, which is the only detail the source adds beyond the name. Its land sits inside the 530 acre aggregate with no area, date, plot reference or term of its own.

Reading note

Of the four companies the Board’s Report names, this is the only one recorded as a Limited rather than a Private Limited, which is the sole distinguishing detail the source supplies beyond the name itself. That is worth stating plainly, because it is genuinely all there is. No area, no plot, no survey number, no allotment date, no lease term and no consideration is attached to this allottee anywhere in the six documents read for this register.

This page of the source carries 4 other parcel records as well: Tata Semiconductor, Renew Photovoltaics, Inox Air Products, Unnamed other proponents.

What is not recorded here

11 of the 21 fields are empty on this record, and they are named rather than hidden, because on a parcel register the empty fields are the finding: parcel_area, area_unit, parcel_area_verbatim, allotment_date, tenure, lease_period, consideration_if_stated, allotment_date_basis, stated_project_investment, consideration_note, intended_use. What each field would have held is set out in the field dictionary on the dataset page.

What would change this record

A per company area, a plot number or a lease execution date from a board resolution, a committee minute or a registered deed. Any one of the three would give this record something to rank on, which it currently has in no column at all.
