Dholera allotment rankings

Who holds how much land in Dholera Special Investment Region, where, since when and on what terms. Copied from government documents, page number printed beside every figure.

No paid placement · No developer money · Nothing for sale

The answer, first

This register holds 43 records extracted on 4 August 2026 from six official documents about land in Dholera Special Investment Region. 12 of them are parcels. Only 4 parcels carry a stated area, only 2 carry an allotment date, and only 1 carries a plot and survey number. The largest stated holding is 4,830.83 hectares, transferred by DSIRDA to DICDL as equity share capital, per the audited accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025.

A ranking is only as long as the evidence. 6 of the 12 parcels here rank on nothing at all, because the documents that name their holders print neither an area nor a date. Every one of them is still listed, marked UNKNOWN, on every table.

Hectare equivalents use two exact definitions and no estimate: 1 sq.m is 0.0001 hectare, and 1 acre is 0.40468564224 hectare. Where a source prints hectares, the printed figure is used unchanged. The full area ranking, including the parcels that cannot rank.

The two aggregate figures, printed as they stand

The Board’s Report signed 10 November 2025 says that 1,519 acres of industrial land is now readily available for allotment, and that out of this, 530 acres have already been allotted. Those two sentences sit next to each other in the source and they do not reconcile. Both are recorded here exactly as printed. No net figure is published on this site, because the document does not support one.
