The answer, first
Six documents were read for this register and five of them produced records. The DICDL Land Allotment Policy produced the most, 21 standing terms. The DICDL Annual Report 2024-25 produced 12, and it is the only source in the set that names an allottee. One document, a Gujarat school laptop upgrade list, was read in full and produced nothing at all, and it is listed here anyway so that the reading log is complete.

The document that produced nothing
gil2019.pdf was opened and read in full, twenty two pages and 119,714 characters. It is a Gujarat school laptop RAM upgrade list, giving district, taluka, village, UDISE code, school name and number of laptops across 1,609 rows totalling 3,173 laptops. It contains zero occurrences of allot, lease, plot, survey, hectare or acre. It contributed no records to this register and it is recorded here so that nobody has to read it again.
Why the rate card has its own source
The allotment policy PDF and the rate card are two different documents and this register keeps them apart. The policy defines how land is allotted and what it costs in fees, deposits and penalties. The rate card, which lives on the DICDL portal at the Land Pricing page, is the only place in this source set that prints a per square metre figure. Conflating them is the single easiest mistake to make with Dholera land pricing, because the policy is the document everyone cites and it contains no prices.
