Reading note

An SEZ notification defines a notified zone footprint. It is not a land allotment deed and it should never be quoted as one. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, SEZ Division issued it under file number F. No. K-43016/6/2026-SEZ, signed by Vimal Anand, Joint Secretary, after a Letter of Approval granted on 17 March 2026 under section 3(10) of the Special Economic Zones Act 2005. The same notification appointed the zone a deemed Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act 1962 with effect from 9 April 2026. What it does not do is say when the land was allotted, on what tenure, for what term, or for what money. Nor is 66.166 hectares necessarily all the land this allottee holds in the region.

No other parcel record in this register comes from that page.

What is not recorded here

8 of the 21 fields are empty on this record, and they are named rather than hidden, because on a parcel register the empty fields are the finding: allotment_date, tenure, lease_period, consideration_if_stated, allotment_date_basis, stated_project_investment, consideration_note, intended_use. What each field would have held is set out in the field dictionary on the dataset page.

What would change this record

A registered lease deed or an allotment letter would supply the allotment date, the tenure and the consideration this gazette notification does not carry. The gazette also does not claim to cover all land held by this allottee in the region, so a second parcel could appear without any figure here changing.
