Reading note

This is a joint venture rather than a single allottee, and the register records it as the source words it: Seksaria Buildcon LLP, in joint venture with The Amore Banquet. The Letter of Award followed the GAP Associates award by forty days. The stated investment, about Rs 35 crore, is roughly one fifty seventh of the figure attached to that earlier award, which says something about the difference between a mixed use township and a three star hotel and nothing at all about the size or price of either plot, since neither is published.

No other parcel record in this register comes from that page.

What is not recorded here

6 of the 21 fields are empty on this record, and they are named rather than hidden, because on a parcel register the empty fields are the finding: parcel_area, area_unit, parcel_area_verbatim, lease_period, consideration_if_stated, notes. What each field would have held is set out in the field dictionary on the dataset page.

What would change this record

The plot area and the plot or survey number. This record already ranks on date, so an area figure is the one thing that would let it rank on both columns at once.
