Reading note
Road land is the one holding in this register that can never rank by area, and it is worth understanding why. The Government of Gujarat resolution of 3 November 2018 expresses the transfer as a percentage of whatever land ends up appropriated for roads, and the accounts repeat the percentage without ever converting it into hectares. The consideration is a single rupee, which tells you this is an administrative movement to let DICDL build and maintain roads, not a commercial lease. The rupee symbol in the annual report does not extract cleanly to text, and the extraction marks that rather than silently guessing the character.
